Why is my mailbox full when I can't see any emails?

You can see all emails currently on our server at any time via Webador webmail. However, not all folders may be visible by default. Third-party email clients may create their own system folders, which are also not visible by default in our webmail client! Luckily, you can easily make these emails visible.

Step 1

Log into Webador webmail using your mailbox email address and password.

Step 2

Click on the Settings (gear) icon in the bottom left corner and select Manage folders.

Step 3

On the next page, check any unchecked folders to make them visible in the webmail environment.

Step 4

Click on the Webador logo in the top left corner to return to your inbox. You will now be able to select the folders that were previously hidden and delete any unneeded emails to free up space in your mailbox.
