The Editor isn’t loading properly on my computer. How can I fix this?

We’re constantly improving our Editor to ensure you can easily and quickly update your website. We do our best to keep everything running smoothly, but if you're having trouble loading the Editor, we understand how frustrating that can be! Fortunately, the steps below can help resolve the issue.

1. Check your browser and version

The Editor works best with the latest versions of modern browsers. We recommend using Google Chrome for optimal performance. Also, make sure your browser is up to date.

2. Reload the Editor

Try fully reloading the Editor. This refreshes the page without using cached data:

  • On Windows: Press Ctrl + F5
  • On Mac: Press Cmd + Shift + R

3. Log out and log back in

Sometimes, logging out of your Webador account and signing back in can help resolve the issue.

4. Clear cookies and cache

Your browser may be storing outdated data that’s causing problems. Try clearing your cookies and cache, then log in again.

Not sure how to do this? The steps vary depending on your browser, so a quick Google search should point you in the right direction!

5. Check system requirements

Make sure your computer meets the system requirements for using the Editor.
