Windows
If you're using Windows and want to take a screenshot, press the Print Screen key on your keyboard and paste the image into a Word document or an email.
Mac OSX
To take a screenshot on Mac OSX, press the key combination [shift ⇧] + [⌘ command] + 3. The screenshot will automatically be saved to your desktop with a file name like 'Screenshot 2020-06-01 at 08.30.00.png.'
