Duplicate Payment
Accidentally made the same payment twice? No worries—we’re happy to sort this out for you. Simply contact our support team with the following details:
- Your account number – The account used to make the payments.
- Recipient’s account number – The account the payment was sent to.
- Payment reference – The description used for the payment.
- Payment date – The dates the payments were made.
With this information, we can verify the duplicate transaction and process a refund for the excess amount.
✔ Tip: Sending a screenshot of the payment(s) can speed up the process, as it often contains all the necessary details. If a screenshot isn’t possible, an export of your transactions will work too!
Incorrect Payment Reminder
Received a payment reminder for an invoice you’ve already paid? It’s possible that your payment wasn’t automatically processed. To correct this, please contact our support team with the following details:
- Your account number – The account used to make the payment.
- Recipient’s account number – The account the payment was sent to.
- Payment reference – The description used for the payment.
- Payment date – The date the payment was made.
With this information, we can track your payment, process it manually if needed, and cancel the reminder.
