Common Payment Issues and How to Resolve Them

Duplicate Payment

Accidentally made the same payment twice? No worries—we’re happy to sort this out for you. Simply contact our support team with the following details:

  • Your account number – The account used to make the payments.
  • Recipient’s account number – The account the payment was sent to.
  • Payment reference – The description used for the payment.
  • Payment date – The dates the payments were made.

With this information, we can verify the duplicate transaction and process a refund for the excess amount.

Tip: Sending a screenshot of the payment(s) can speed up the process, as it often contains all the necessary details. If a screenshot isn’t possible, an export of your transactions will work too!

Incorrect Payment Reminder

Received a payment reminder for an invoice you’ve already paid? It’s possible that your payment wasn’t automatically processed. To correct this, please contact our support team with the following details:

  • Your account number – The account used to make the payment.
  • Recipient’s account number – The account the payment was sent to.
  • Payment reference – The description used for the payment.
  • Payment date – The date the payment was made.

With this information, we can track your payment, process it manually if needed, and cancel the reminder.

Tip: If possible, attach a screenshot of the payment—it usually contains all the information we need. If a screenshot isn’t an option, an export of your transaction history works too!
