Your online store is growing and you are receiving many orders. Now you are looking for an incomplete order from two months ago, but how do you find it again? We offer a variety of options for searching through orders.
You can also sort each column in ascending or descending order by clicking the arrow icon next to the column title.
Go via Editor > Online store > Orders to the order overview. Here you have three search options:
Option 1: Search Bar
Using the search bar, you can search for an order by specific criteria:
- Address (including name)
- Payment method
- Order number
- Order status
Option 2: Status
Choose from these statuses:
- Pending
- Paid
- Canceled
- Shipped
- Picked up
- Returned
Option 3: Time Period
Search for orders from a specific time period by entering the desired dates yourself. Or filter the orders using the standard options:
- Today
- Last 14 days
- Last 30 days
- Last year
This way, orders can be easily found in your online store.
