Why haven't I received any emails from Webador or via my contact form? (Outlook)

Unfortunately, the Hotmail/Outlook spam filter can be a bit over-zealous when it comes to Webador emails. This article explains how you can prevent our emails from being blocked if you're using Hotmail or Outlook.

Step 1

Go to your Hotmail or Outlook mailbox and click on the Settings (gear) icon in the top right corner, then select Optionsat the bottom.

Step 2

In the menu on the left, select Safe mailing lists under Junk mail and add webador.com. You should now receive all emails sent by us.

Read form submissions via Webador

You can also read form submissions via Webador's Editor. To do this, click on the Form element and click on Submissionsin the toolbar. You should now see all your form submissions, including any you missed due to not receiving an email.
