Why doesn't the form on my website forward anything to my email?

Some internet service providers (ISPs) erroneously block emails sent via contact forms. This article explains how to make sure you receive emails sent through your form(s).

  • First of all, contact your ISP to report the problem. Advise them that incoming emails from noreply@webador.com should not be blocked.
  • You can also add noreply@webador.com to your address book. This will likely unblock the emails.
  • If you're using Hotmail or Outlook, read this article.

After following these steps, you can make a test submission through your form to see if you receive an email.

Read form submissions via Webador

You can also read form submissions via Webador's Editor. To do this, click on the Form element and click on Submissions in the toolbar. You should now see all your form submissions, including any you missed due to not receiving an email.
