So, your website is accessible via a secure connection, and you can see that the link starts with https://, but you don't see a green padlock icon! For example:
You're receiving this notification because the website is using images, scripts, or iframes with unsecured connections. The green lock icon will only appear once these have been rectified. The adjustments necessary depend on circumstances, so you'll need to review this yourself.
The problem can occur in two places:
- The HTML in the HEAD-tag that you can change in the advanced website settings
- The HTML codes you added to your website using our Embed Code-element
Try the above solutions and check the address bar to confirm that a http:// address is being used. If there is no 's', the green lock icon will not be displayed. Remove this or replace it with a secure code.
