⚠ Note: If what you see on your device is different to the screenshots in this article, you may be using a different version of the app. Try the configuration using the general email settings.
Once you've registered a domain name and created a mailbox, you can set up your email in your preferred client.
This article explains how to set up your email in the Outlook app on your Android device. Also, find out how to set up your mailbox in the Outlook app on your iOS device or how to set up your mailbox in other email clients.
Step 1
Open the Outlook app and tap on Add account.
Step 2
Enter the email address of your mailbox and tap on Continue.
Step 3
On the Choose account type page, select IMAP and open the Advanced settings.
Step 4
Enter the following:
- Email address: your full email address (e.g. info@domainname.com)
- Display name: your full email address
- Description: Enter anything you like here
- IMAP Host Name: mail.webador.com (not your domain name!)
- Port: 143
- Security type: StartTIs
- IMAP Username: your full email address
- IMAP Password: your mailbox password
- SMTP Host Name: mail.webador.com (not your domain name!)
- Port: 587
- Security type: StartTIs
- SMTP Username: your full email address
- SMTP Password: your mailbox password
⚠ Note: The password is your mailbox password, not the password you use to log into Webador. If you've forgotten your mailbox password, you can always reset it.
Step 5
Tap the checkmark in the top right to set up the mailbox in the Outlook app.
