Your subscription has been terminated due to open invoices? No worries - your website is saved and you can reactivate it easily. Missed payments can happen for a variety of reasons, and our team is here to help ensure your website is back online as quickly and smoothly as possible.
In this article, we’ll explain how to settle your balance and restore your access quickly and easily.

Monthly plan
Step 1: Pay your outstanding invoice(s)
Pay your outstanding invoice(s) here: www.webador.com/pay
Once your payment is completed, your invoice(s) will be processed automatically.
Prefer a different payment method?
Update your details here: Webador editor > My subscription > Payment details.
Step 2: Reactivate your subscription
Go to the My sites page and click Upgrade to Pro under your website. Here you can choose your preferred Webador plan (Lite/Pro/Business) again.
Step 3: Restore your domain name
Go to My sites and click My subscription.
Step 4
In the Domains section, click Register domain and enter your previous domain (without “www”).
Step 5
Select your domain from the list and click Continue. Don't worry - It will show up as "Already registered", because it should still be reserved for you.
Step 6
Simply leave the Transfer code empty and click on: Yes, I want to transfer <domain>.
Allow up to 1 hour for domain and SSL activation.
Done! Your website will be live again.

Step 2: Contact support
After your payment is completed, please contact us via Webby (bottom-right chat).
Let us know you’ve paid so we can verify and restore your account for you.
⚠ Important: Do NOT start a new subscription yourself. You might still have time left on your yearly plan.
Step 3: Reactivate your subscription
We’ll send you a reactivation link so you don’t lose remaining time.
Step 4: Restore domain & email
After reactivation, contact us again and we’ll restore your domain and email.
