Your subscription has been terminated due to open invoices? No worries -  your website is saved and you can reactivate it easily.

Missed payments can happen for a variety of reasons, and our team is here to help ensure your website is back online as quickly and smoothly as possible.

In this article, we’ll explain how to settle your balance and restore your access quickly and easily.

Monthly plan

Step 1: Pay your outstanding invoice(s)

Pay your outstanding invoice(s) here: www.webador.com/pay

Once your payment is completed, your invoice(s) will be processed automatically.

Prefer a different payment method? Update your details here:
Webador editor > My subscription > Payment details.

Please note: For security and processing accuracy, we recommend not sending manual bank transfers.

Step 2: Reactivate your subscription

Now you can reactivate your cancelled subscription by upgrading to your desired subscription again.
Go to the My sites page and click on the green Upgrade to Pro button under your website name.

Step 3: Restore your domain name

When you’ve completed the upgrade process, you may be able to restore your domain name if it's still available.
Go back to the My sites page and click on the My subscription link under your website name.

Step 4

In the Domains box, click on the Register domain (or Extra domain) button and type in the exact domain name you were previously using (without “www”).

Step 5

You’ll see a page informing you that the domain name is already registered. Select the domain name in the list and click on the blue Continue button.

Step 6

On the next page, leave the Transfer code field empty and click on the green Yes, I want to transfer <domain> button. Allow up to 1 hour for the domain registration and SSL certificate to finish processing.
