Many customers, such as those who aren't home often, appreciate having the option to pick up their order. With Webador, you can let those customers choose when and where to collect their package. Here's how:
In our Editor, go to the Webshop tab. In the menu on the left, click on Settings, then click on Shipping.
On the Shipping page, enable the Delivery to pick-up points option. This will activate the Available pick-up points drop-down menu, where you can select the pick-up points you want to use.
Once you've completed step 2, your customers will be able to select a pick-up point during the order process!
What do customers see when they place an order?
When a customer places an order and wants to use a pick-up point, they'll be able to check a box next to their preferred location on the Details page during the order process. When the customer selects a pick-up point, a map will be displayed showing pick-up points in their local area. Once the customer has chosen a pick-up point, the order will be processed and you'll automatically be informed which location the customer selected.
