You may have a domain name in quarantine, which means the domain doesn't currently work but no-one else can register it.

There are costs involved in using a quarantined domain name you own - exactly how much depends on your hosting provider.

Is your domain name hosted by Webador?

If we're hosting your domain name, we can easily take it out of quarantine for you. In many cases, this can be done at no extra cost.

Is your domain name hosted by another party?

Even if you ultimately want to use the domain name for a Webador website, you'll still need to contact your hosting provider and have them remove the domain from quarantine. There may be costs involved.

Once this is done, you can request a transfer code and transfer your domain to Webador.
