You may want to transfer a domain you own to another host, for example if you cancel your subscription. We do our best to make this process as quick and easy as possible. If you'd also like to cancel your plan, follow the steps under Transferring a domain when canceling a Lite, Pro, or Business plan below. 


If you're transferring a .co.uk or .uk domain, scroll down to Requesting an IPS tag.


If you don't want to cancel your plan at this time, scroll down to Transferring a domain name without canceling a Lite, Pro or Business plan.


Transferring a domain name when canceling a Lite, Pro, or Business plan


Step 1

Make sure your plan has been canceled before transferring your domain. To cancel your plan, send an email to support@webador.com and we'll process your request as quickly as possible.


Step 2

Once your plan has been canceled, click on the Webador logo in the Editor and then click on My subscription.



Step 3

On your subscription page, click on Manage Domains and then click the Transfer button next to your domain name. You will then receive a transfer code.



⚠  Warning: If you move your domain name, then the corresponding mailbox will expire. It will no longer be usable!


Requesting an IPS tag (.co.uk and .uk domains)


Step 1

Contact the provider you want to transfer your domain name to and request their IPS tag.


Step 2

Click on the Webador logo in the Editor and then click on My subscription.


Step 3

Click on the blue Transfer button next to your domain name.


Step 3

Enter the IPS tag in the field provided to start the transfer.




Transferring a domain name without canceling a Lite, Pro, or Business plan


Send us an email to let us know you'd like to transfer one or more domain names, and we'll be happy to assist you further.

Warning: Domain names with a .com, .net, .org, .info, or .biz extension cannot be transferred until more than 60 days after the date they are registered.
