You can adjust your store's inventory to ensure incoming orders don't exceed your available stock.


Step 1

Go to the Store tab and click on Products.


Step 2

Click on the product for which you want to adjust the inventory.


In the Price and availability section, enter the stock level:

  • Limited stock: Enter the number of products you have in stock in the number field.
  • Unlimited stock: If the item is available indefinitely, check the box next to Unlimited.



Need to delete stock for multiple products at once? Select the relevant products and then click on the Clear stock button.



 Tip: If a customer places the last of an item in their basket, the product will then be labelled "Sold out". To avoid confusion, the customer will also see a notification confirming that the last item is in their basket.


 Tip: You can let your customers add an e-mail address so that they receive an e-mail when the product is back in stock. You can set this up via the Advanced Settings in your Store settings



Email notification when in stock

If you enable this, customers can leave their email address, and they will be notified when the product is back in stock. 


You as the owner can see how many customers are interested in the particular product.


Step 1

In the editor, go to the product in question. 


Step 2

Click on Edit product.


Here you can see all the details of your product. After stock, you will see an icon with a number behind it, where you can see how many people have joined the list.
