If your domain name and mailbox are hosted with Webador, you can adjust the existing SPF record. A third-party tool you use (e.g. accounting software) may ask you to do this so that they can send emails on your behalf and prevent these emails going to spam.
While it's not possible to delete the existing Webador SPF record, you can extend it in your DNS settings!
Step 1
In the Editor, click on the Webador logo in the top left corner.
Step 2
On the My sites page, click on the My subscription link under your website name.
Step 3
On the subscription page, click on Manage domain names, and then click on Modify DNS.
Step 4
The DNS records already contain the SPF record as a TXT record:

You can edit the existing SPF record as long as you don't remove include:_spf.webador.com. The third-party tool asking you to edit this record will detail exactly what needs to be added.
We recommend placing this in between include:_spf.webador.com and ~all.
⚠ Note: Make sure there are spaces between these parts of the record, otherwise it won't work.
Step 6
Click on Save.
You've successfully updated the SPF record!
